Westchester Land Trust seeks bids for a Biodiversity and Habitat Assessment, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and Cultural and Historical Assessment to be completed in 2025 at the Project Kiana site in Mount Vernon. Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal.

The requests for proposals are below; please email Janelle Robbins, vice president of conservation, at janelle@westchesterlandtrust.org for the full RFPs, including all existing surveys, site maps, and orthoimagery, as well as New York State DOT permits and Draft Quality Assurance Project Plans.
