Group Visits and Special Events

Are you interested in hosting a private hike, tour, or other special event on one of our preserves?

Please use the form below to apply. Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted at least one month prior to your proposed event. This form will help us schedule stewardship activities, ensure that the preserve and trails are currently open, that there’s sufficient parking for your group, and to make sure there aren’t any competing outings on your special day.

Please note that none of our preserves have restrooms, trash cans, or dumpsters. We practice Leave No Trace Principles and ask you do the same.

If you are granted use of a preserve for your event, you will need to provide proof of insurance and list Westchester Land Trust as an additional insured party on your policy for the day.
