Westchester Wilderness Walk/Zofnass Family Preserve is a beautiful oasis of biodiversity and WLT staff work hard to keep it this way. But we can’t do it alone. We need volunteers like you to help us keep the preserve in tip-top shape.
The Wilderness Crew will help WLT staff on Thursdays to maintain the seven miles of trails, remove invasive species, and plant trees. You’ll learn how to identify native and non-native vegetation, how to fix common trail issues, gain new skills in habitat restoration, and connect with nature.
