Westchester Land Trust is seeking bids from qualified and licensed general contractors for the Zofnass Parking Improvements Project in Pound Ridge, New York. Notice of Award: On or before Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 12 pm
Construction Completion: Monday, June 1st, 2026

Note that this Project must be completed on or before the Construction Completion date and fully paid by June 30, 2026 as per grant funding requirements.
