Join the Bionutrient Food Association for this free event, which will begin with a hands-on pruning workshop with expert Dwight Brooks from 11am-12:30pm. Bring pruners if you have them.
There will be a half hour break from 12:30–1 pm.
In the afternoon, from 1-2:30pm Dan Kittredge, Executive director of BFA and The Bionutrient Institute, will give a presentation on what Nutrient Density really means, how farming practices influence the nutritional quality of food, and what you can do to grow or source more nourishing crops.
Bring your favorite fruit or vegetable and test how it measures up!
