Westchester Wilderness Walk/Zofnass Family Preserve is a beloved hiking destination with an intricate trail system that brings visitors through wetlands, rocky outcrops, and mixed hardwood forest. An afternoon here feels like you’re in the back country even though it sits less than an hour from NYC. But these trails don’t take care of themselves—that’s where we need your help!

Come along with Preserve Manager Ben and Conservation Technician Stella as we work to maintain the trail system. Learn how to fix common trail issues, connect with the preserve on a deeper level, and work towards sustaining a treasured community resource with WLT’s dedicated staff.
